Since the mod is down, you can at least go ahead and try Fantasy Forest Overhaul, CG4 Lens Rain and Dragon Ball Powers and Techniques by Darkfoot. It appears that the modder has disabled the mod for now.

Now the reason I’m saying this is because we’ve seen some fake mods in the past (Doom Ray Tracing anyone?). Since I don’t have Skyrim installed, I cannot test this mod and see whether it really does add these expansions to the game. This is obviously after unzipping the file on your computer. From what we can see, Dawnguard is 1.2GB in size, Dragonborn is 1.8GB in size and Hearthfire is 140MB in size. The modder hasn’t provided any screenshots or videos.
